1. What you are buying
You are buying digital review access to CSE Codex PH for 1 year, at the fee shown on the site (₱255 unless the desk shows another amount). This is not a CSC application fee and not a reservation for an exam slot.
2. When access is delivered
Access is delivered automatically when QR Ph payment is confirmed. From that moment the full desk is open to you.
Opening checkout, by itself, is not delivery. Creating an account, by itself, is not delivery.
3. No refund after activation
Because this is digital study access, payments are not refundable once your account has been activated. Unused days, a change of mind, a failed mock exam, or a postponed CSC schedule do not create a refund.
Sharing your login, leaking items, or breaking the Student Conduct rules may end access early without refund.
4. Before activation
If you paid with the registered email and the desk did not open, contact your reviewer with the QR Ph or wallet reference. They will either open access or return the payment if they cannot.
If you paid while enrollment was closed, paid the wrong number, or paid twice, contact your CSE Codex PH reviewer at once with the two references. Valid duplicate payments are returned. We do not keep a silent extra payment.
5. Wrong email or lost receipt
Activation is tied to the email you typed at registration. If you paid under a different email, write to us from both addresses if you can, and attach the receipt. We will not activate a third person's account from your payment.
Keep your QR Ph or wallet reference. We cannot search every wallet for a payment with no reference and no matching email.
6. How to request a review
Send: registered email, QR Ph or wallet reference, amount, date, and a short note of the problem, to your CSE Codex PH reviewer.
We aim to answer payment questions within three working days. Wallet and QR Ph processing times are outside our control.
7. Chargebacks
If you open a dispute after you have used the desk, we may provide the activation record and study activity to show that digital access was delivered. File a request with us first so we can correct honest mistakes.
